i-Programs

Through the Ignite i-Program, I learned how to lead through different stages of a transition and create change. I was able to brainstorm ways to improve my computer science RSO (registered student organization) and ended up successfully changing the organization over time.

In the Integrity i-Program, I focused on developing my ethical leadership skills and aligning my behaviors with my ideal values. I was able to narrow down my top values (relationships, meaningful work, health, independence, and leadership) and reflect on how I can live in alignment with those values.
